We accept returns and exchanges for the following conditions:
Time Frame: Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items: Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at info@proxyclothing.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Return Authorisation: Once approved, we’ll provide you with a return authorisation and detailed return instructions.
3. Pack Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, if possible, and include the original packing slip or proof of purchase.
4. Ship Your Return: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service to ensure safe delivery.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or colour, contact us at info@proxyclothing.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Once the original item is returned and inspected, we will ship the exchange item (subject to availability).
If the item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund or a store credit for future use.
4. Refunds
-Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item being sent.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@proxyclothing.co.uk with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a free return or exchange and cover all related shipping costs.
6. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
7. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
- Gift cards.
- Personalised or custom-made items.
- Items returned without original tags or packaging.
8. International Returns
For international orders, the return process is the same; however, you are responsible for both the cost of return shipping and any potential customs fees. PROXY Clothing does not refund customs fees or duties on international returns.
